Please read these rules carefully before entering the Promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Interstate Batteries, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Interstate Batteries”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promotion is open only to select Interstate Batteries dealers who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) or Canada and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Interstate Batteries, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The Promotion begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:00am CT and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59pm CT (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion may consist of multiple incentive periods (each an “Incentive Period”) during which participants can qualify for Contest Prizes and earn Sweepstakes Entries.
The weekly Incentive Periods are as follows: November 1 – 7, 8 – 14, 15 – 21, 22 – 28, 2025; November 29 – December 5, 2025; December 6 – 12, 13 – 19, 20 – 26, 2025; December 27, 2025 – January 2, 2026; January 3 – 9, 10 – 16, 17 – 23, 24 – 30, 2026; January 31 – February 6, 2026; February 7 – 13, 14 – 20, 21 – 27, 2026; February 28 – March 6, 2026; March 7 – 13, 14 – 20, 21 – 27, 2026.
The monthly Incentive Periods are as follows: November 1 – 30, 2025; December 1 – 31, 2025; January 1 – 31, 2026; February 1 – 28, 2026; March 1 – 31, 2026.
Participants must register for the competition at interstatebatteriesrewards.com. Each participant will need to complete the following fields in order to register: Company name, First name, Last name, Address, City, State/Province, Country, Zip/Postal code, Phone number, Mobile number, Email address and dealer key. Also, each participant will need to create a login password and choose a security question.
Contest Component (“How to Win”): Eligible participants must meet all of Program requirements, as determined by Sponsor, as well as the following performance criteria during each applicable Incentive Period: - Earn 1 point for every battery purchased from Interstate Batteries. - Weekly Prize Pack: Achieve the highest Interstate Batteries battery unit growth from purchases made versus the prior week, per segment. - Monthly Prize Pack: Achieve the highest percentage of monthly Interstate Batteries battery purchase increase in the current month over the previous month, per segment. - Grand Prize: Achieve the highest number of points during the Promotion Period per segment, as well as demonstration of year over year growth in battery purchases from Interstate Batteries for dealers in segments 1 through 3.
The dealer segments are as follows: 1. dealers who purchase an average of under 10 batteries per month November 2024 – March 2025. 2. dealers who purchase an average of 10 – 20 batteries per month November 2024 – March 2025. 3. dealers who purchase an average of over 20 batteries per month November 2024 – March 2025. 4. dealers with no previous purchases in the November 2024 – March 2025 period.
Grand Prize Second Chance Component (“How to Enter”): The weekly and monthly prize pack winners will receive an additional entry into the Second Chance Grand Prize Draw (“Entry”), provided, however, no participant may receive more than one Entry as a weekly winner and one Entry as a monthly winner, with a maximum total of two Entries per participant.
Enrollment in the Promotion after the November 1, 2025, commencement date will not affect a Participant’s eligibility for prizes awarded on a future basis. All points earned for Grand Prize qualification will be applied retroactively to November 1, 2025, regardless of the date of registration.
Weekly Prize Pack: The weekly prize pack includes a jersey, ball, hat, and can cooler. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the weekly prize pack is $152 USD.
Monthly Prize Pack: The monthly prize pack includes a 55" TV, Yeti cooler, and a $200 food & drink gift card. The ARV of the monthly prize pack is $771 USD.
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a trip for 2 to attend a World Cup Match in Dallas and includes round trip airfare for two, two nights double occupancy room with meal credits, two suite tickets to match, one local entertainment event, and transportation to/from all planned events. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $22,920 USD.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) weekly, monthly, and Grand Prize per participant based on their Interstate dealer key, represented as the Interstate distributor code – dealer code (example if Distributor Code is 1234 and Dealer Code is 5678, the dealer key is 1234-5678).
Interstate Batteries reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use not specified herein. All prize details are at Interstate Batteries’ discretion.
Contest Winner Selection: At the close of each Incentive Period, Sponsor will verify performance and provided that each winning dealer is current with all outstanding invoices issued by Interstate Batteries or its distributor, and Sponsor shall award prizes to the top performer by segment. If a winning dealer is not current on such invoices, Sponsor shall award the prize to the next best performer which is current on payment owed.
Dealer Participant Prizes:
Weekly Prize Pack: A total of 84 weekly prize packs will be awarded to dealers during the Promotion Period.
Monthly Prize Pack: A total of 20 monthly prize packs will be awarded to dealers during the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize: A total of five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded to dealers at the end of the Promotion Period. Dealers are divided into 4 different segments based on prior year sales. There is 1 winner per segment plus a second chance winner.
Distributor/RSM Prizes:
In addition to the dealer prizes outlined above, each associated Interstate Batteries distributor (“Distributor”) that services a winning dealer participant also wins the same prize pack as such dealer. Limit one weekly or monthly prize pack per Incentive Period per Distributor. For the Grand Prizes, as earned by both top performing dealers in each segment and second chance winner, the winning dealers’ Distributors will determine who from their operation takes the trip.
Grand Prize Second Chance Drawing: On or about April 15, 2026, Sponsor and/or Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. To receive entries into the second chance drawing you must have won a weekly or monthly prize pack. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in Interstate Batteries’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual proof of electronic or actual tampering with any portion of the Second Chance Drawing, or if computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical difficulties or other failures, comprise, corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, Interstate Batteries reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify, suspend or terminate the drawing, and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the drawing be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to intentionally damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt by made, Interstate Batteries reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including attorney’s fees.
Interstate Batteries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials or entrant’s eligibility; (ii) disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Promotion, Interstate Batteries or Interstate Batteries’ advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn or ridicule; and (iii) to request additional information. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that Interstate Batteries and/or Administrator may request, and you will provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Interstate Batteries and/or Administrator to satisfy these requirements. A potential winner may be requested to provide Interstate Batteries with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Sweepstakes Entry. If, in Interstate Batteries’ sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed ineligible. Sweepstakes Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
Lift & Shift, Inc. as the Administrator of the program, is responsible for managing certain aspects of the promotion on behalf of the Sponsor, including tasks such as point issuance and tracking, managing the reward website interface and working in conjunction with Interstate Batteries to select winners, and oversee prize fulfillment. The Administrator is an independent third party and is not the Sponsor of the promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Sponsor, not the Administrator. The Administrator’s decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final and binding in all matters related to the administration and conduct of the promotion.
The conditional/potential prize winner will be notified by USPS mail, UPS mail, other traditional paid mail service, direct message on social media, email and/or phone as soon as reasonably possible using the information provided on the reward website join page. Potential/conditional winner is subject to verification of eligibility by Interstate Batteries. Potential/conditional winner will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and will be required to complete and return it, along with an IRS W9 form or its equivalent, and Release of Liability/Publicity within five (5) days of date of notification. Failure to respond within the five (5) days may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. If a potential/conditional winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the above required documents, or if the prize or prize notifications is returned as undeliverable, the potential/conditional winner forfeits their prize and Interstate Batteries may award the Grand Prize to a selected alternate winner (“Alternate Conditional Winner”).
As part of the Promotion entry process, Interstate Batteries and/or its partners will be collecting personal data about entrants on the Website, in accordance with its privacy policy. See Interstate Batteries’ privacy policy located at interstatebatteries.com/support/privacy-policy. See also the privacy policy of the rewards program. By participating in the Promotion, you are agreeing to Interstate Batteries and/or Administrator’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these privacy policies. When you enter via interstatebatteriesrewards.com, you may be asked to consent to receive weekly promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Interstate Batteries. These requests for consents are all voluntary and do not have to be agreed to for entrance into the Promotion nor will it improve your chances of winning.
Actual Grand Prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence and dates of travel. Travel must be taken or Grand Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any transportation unless otherwise noted in these rules. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If Winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be chosen. Winner and travel guest must travel from major airport closest to the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Winner’s and travel guest’s responsibility. In the event the Winner lives within 100 miles from Dallas, Texas, ground transportation only (not air transportation) will be provided to and from the hotel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s designated agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be taken on a date of the Sponsor’s choosing. If Winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible Entries. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Interstate Batteries, Inc., Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (“Promotion Parties”) are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets, and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. The hotel accommodations, airline tickets and ground transportation will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the Grand Prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, at least 18, and must complete and return a publicity and liability release at least ten (10) days prior to departure. Guest will not be permitted to accompany Winner or partake in or benefit from any portion of the Grand Prize if guest fails to timely return the publicity and liability release. All federal, state/province and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed herein as part of the Grand Prize including, without limitation, ground transportation (other than that specified above as included in prize), luggage fees, souvenirs, miscellaneous hotel expenses, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Interstate Batteries’ decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes, Prizes, winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by Interstate Batteries and/or participating parties and designees of entrant’s name, entry, likeness, state/province of residence and/or voice/video for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, including the internet, without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, subject to where prohibited by law.
Winner and accompanying guest hereby expressly grant to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish their name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and provided residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Interstate Batteries and/or its licensors, and winning participant and accompanying guest hereby disclaim and waive any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Interstate Batteries and/or its licensors, and Winner and accompanying guest hereby waive any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient or accompanying guest’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion Parties, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of the Website or any internet service provider.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Promotion Parties and may be changed from time to time without notice. The Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations or a combination thereof, entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Sweepstakes Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Sweepstakes Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion or human error; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Sweepstakes Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the Grand Prize, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then the Promotion Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. If terminated, the Promotion Parties will award the prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the Promotion up to the time of such action.
By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Interstate Batteries, and each of their respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of rights of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage or death or personal injury arising out of or related to participants’ entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of the Grand Prize or any portion of it and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Sweepstake Entry and participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to a participant’s participation in a drawing and/or participant’s acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize or any portion of it. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her must be materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring intent to release future unknown claims.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, Winner, Alternate Conditional Winner, if any, Interstate Batteries, and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Any action or litigation seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the federal or state courts of Dallas County of Texas. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses for lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any forms of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other methods acceptable under the laws of the State of Texas.
All federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes on the Grand Prize and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) or its equivalent will be issued to the Winner.
Beginning on or about April 15, 2026, you may obtain the name of the Winner of the Grand Prize by sending a self-addressed, postage-paid (stamped) envelope for receipt by October 15, 2026 to: Interstate Cup Rewards Winner List Request, PO Box 273, West Seneca, NY 14224.
